People always think loosing weight is just to look good, that’s the wrong approach, YOUR HEALTH should always be your number 1 concern. I personally eat healthier than what I used to, I workout, I try to sleep as much as possible because resting is paramount; I have a full time job, my job is very demanding I am a Police Officer in NYC and also a full time mom, so is very hard BUT I find time to workout, eat right and be active. No progress happens over night that’s what people get discouraged you have get that part out of your head that OH I WILL BE SKINNY AND FIT IN A WEEK…NEGATIVE you get what you put in.
